The school transport routes for every session are drawn up carefully after giving due consideration to the
convenience of the parents. However, the decision of the school authorities about the routes, timings, pick
up points etc. will be final. Parents should contact the transport incharge of the school for necessary details.
« Kindly ensure that your ward is ready five minutes before the scheduled time at the ‘pick up’ point. Maids or
drivers neither go the child’s house to pick up or drop the child nor do they ring the bell.
« Kindly do not make the school transport wait as it causes inconvenience to other children and makes them
late for school.
« Pickup and drop facility cannot be extended to the points where lanes are narrow and congested. In such
cases a ‘stop’ is fixed for the children.
« Kindly don’t give verbal information to drivers or maids for temporary change of address. In case of any
change, an application must be submitted and signed by the administrator and transport incharge.
« Kindly do not ask the driver to give a missed call before reaching the pickup / dropping point.
« Kindly refrain from calling the driver on his mobile phone as this can disturb him.
« One month's notice is required for discontinuation of the school transport. Non-adherence to this will lead to
payment of fees for transport for a month.
« Parents will be intimated, through an SMS, about the delay of the school transport only in case of breakage
or change in vehicle. 10-15 minutes delay due to traffic will not be informed.
